1. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes, while preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut into strips, as thick or skinny as desired.
3. Season lightly with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and seasonings of choice (anything from rosemary to thyme).
4. Bake in the oven for 20-24 minutes, turning occasionally. Take out when golden brown.
5. Serve, with extra seasoning if desired.
