1. Wash your zuchinni and cut in half, to shorten the length of the noodles. You can also spiralize sweet potatos, squash, carrots, and most root vegetables.
  2. Place zuchinni into spiralizer.
  3. Turn spiralizer to create noodle spirals.
  4. Transfer noodles into medium heat pan with olive oil and garlic.
  5. Sautee for 3-5 minutes, depending on preference.
  6. Serve with butter, olive oil, kale cashew pesto, or creamy cashew alfredo sauce.
