Jar for storage
1. Soak 1 cup of nuts overnight in filtered water and rinse off before using
*Add 2 dates for added sweetness, if prefered
2. Toss in blender and add 4 cups of fresh, filtered water
*Add vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt, or cinnamon for hint of flavor
3. Blend until smooth consistency, anywhere from 25-45 seconds
4. Strain through nut milk bagover large mouth container for less mess
5. Pour into jar and enjoy!
Keep in mind you can make nut milks out of almonds, cashews, hazlenuts, hemp seeds, and many more. If the nut you choose has skin on it (like almonds) it may take extra effort straining than others!
